Many homes built in the 90’s and 00’s were built with a popular “unfinished expandable space” feature. This family wanted to add an additional bedroom, bathroom, and bonus area. We were able to complete the project matching the existing trim to help it flow as if it were original. We also replaced carpet in the rest of the house at the same time as well!
