Design with the build in mind

A thoughtful start can carry forward.

Choose Farris as your builder during design under the early commitment addendum, and 50% of your Base Design Fee, up to $4,000, can credit toward the Contractor’s Fee when you sign the qualifying construction agreement. A separate preconstruction retainer applies.
